International Shipping FAQ

1. Which countries do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to most countries.
Availability for live plants depends on each country’s import regulations and local logistics conditions.

2. Which shipping method should I choose?

  • General products are shipped via standard air shipping, which is more economical but may take longer.

  • Live plants are shipped exclusively via EMS (Express Mail Service) to ensure speed and safety.

3. Does the shipping fee for plants include phytosanitary certification?

Yes. All live plant shipments include a NT$800 phytosanitary inspection fee.

4. How long does international shipping take?

  • General products: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Live plants: approximately 2–4 business days via EMS.

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or local logistics delays.

For shipments to the United States:

  • Import regulations vary by state.

  • In some cases, you may need to provide your tracking number to customs to complete clearance and release the package.

5. Are plants safe during shipping?

We use professional packing methods developed through extensive international exhibition experience.
However, shipping live plants still involves inherent risks.

6. Do I need to handle customs clearance myself?

For standard retail orders, no action is required from the recipient.
For bulk purchases or wholesale shipments (e.g., Air Cargo), customs clearance must be handled by a broker or the recipient.

7. Are customs duties and import taxes included?

No.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. What if EMS is not available at checkout?

Please contact us directly to confirm available shipping methods and costs.

9. Why might my credit card payment fail?

Please ensure your credit card is enabled for international transactions,
or contact your issuing bank to verify any restrictions or settings.
