Shipping & Delivery Services

We provide multiple shipping options so you can choose the most suitable delivery method based on the type of product and your needs.

1. Convenience Store Pickup

  • Suitable for small parcels that meet weight and size restrictions (subject to each convenience store’s regulations).

  • Please collect your package within the store’s holding period. Unclaimed parcels will be returned, and customers will be responsible for re-delivery fees.

  • Live plants and fragile items cannot be shipped using this method.

2. Postal Delivery

  • Available for general merchandise and certain remote areas.

  • Delivery time is subject to postal service operations, typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Large-Item Logistics

  • Suitable for oversized, overweight, or specially dimensioned items.

  • Delivery time must be arranged separately with the logistics provider and may vary depending on the region.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote or special locations.

4. Home Delivery Service

  • Suitable for general and fragile products, delivered directly to the specified address.

  • A tracking number will be provided after shipment so you can monitor the delivery status.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you or arrange a re-delivery.

5. International Shipping

 

  • Some products are eligible for international shipping.

  • Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and package size/weight.

  • Important Notes:

    • Delivery times are for reference only; actual arrival may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather, traffic, or holidays.

    • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • Certain items, such as live plants or fragile products, may not be eligible for international delivery depending on import regulations and climate conditions.

    • For oversized or special items, international shipping costs may exceed the product price. Please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.

Order-Related Services

Thank you for placing an order with us. We will process your order according to the following procedures to ensure successful delivery:

1. Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed once the system has completed payment and you receive a confirmation email.

  • For bank transfer or remittance payments, please complete the payment within the specified deadline and provide the payment details. Orders that exceed the payment deadline will be automatically canceled.

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is completed (excluding weekends and public holidays, as well as special announced holidays).

  • For pre-order items, customized products, or live plants, the shipping time will be subject to the information provided on the product page.

3. Order Modification & Cancellation

  • For confirmed but unshipped orders, if you need to modify recipient information or cancel the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process (including packaging), modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.

4. Out-of-Stock or Exceptions

  • If an item is out of stock due to inventory discrepancies, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions, including product replacement, delayed shipment, or a refund.

5. Delivery & Tracking

  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status at any time.

  • In case of delays or exceptions during delivery, please first contact the logistics provider. If further assistance is needed, kindly reach out to us.

6. Overseas Wholesale Service

After-Sales Service Policy

1. Product Inspection

  • Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your package to protect your rights.

  • Inspect the product within 3 days to ensure the appearance and quantity are correct.

  • If defects, damages, or discrepancies are found, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Products must remain unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and gifts).

  • Personalized items, discounted products, or perishable goods are not eligible for exchange (unless the item itself is defective).

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted. For international exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

After-Sales Service Policy for Live Plants

Thank you for purchasing live plants from our store. Each plant is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives healthy and intact. To protect your rights, please read the following after-sales service terms carefully:

1. Product Inspection

  • Please record a full unboxing video when receiving the plant, so that valid evidence can be provided in case of logistics-related damage.

  • Upon receipt, immediately check the plant’s condition. If there is severe damage, breakage, or death, please contact customer service within 24 hours, providing the unboxing video and clear photos.

2. Characteristics of Live Plants

  • Live plants are naturally grown organisms. Differences in leaf shape, color, or size are normal variations and not considered defects.

  • Due to environmental changes during transport (temperature, humidity, or light), plants may experience temporary issues such as yellowing leaves, leaf drop, or minor damage. These are recoverable with proper care and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • For international orders, after obtaining the phytosanitary certificate, an electronic copy will be provided to the member’s registered email. Since customs clearance procedures vary by country, we recommend sending the certificate and order number to customs in advance to facilitate faster clearance.

  • Please note: If delays occur at customs, resulting in plant damage due to extended holding time, we cannot provide compensation.

  • After receiving the plant, please promptly place it in a suitable environment and follow proper care instructions.

  • Damage caused by late pickup, improper care, or failure to follow our guidance will not be covered under after-sales service.

  • 會員名單每日依照系統排程更新,符合條件即可升等(視購買金額不限升一等)。
  • 會員續會名單於會員到期日隔天更新,符合條件即可續會,到期日將自動順延。
  • 升級/續會之等級調整將寄發E-mail通知。

Types of Reward Points

  • Membership Registration: New members will receive 300 bonus points upon registration.

  • Member Referral: While logged into your account, you can click the “Recommend” button on a product page or go to Member Center > Profile > Set ‘Referral Link’ to share products with friends and family. If an order is completed through the referral link, the referrer will receive bonus points.

  • Member Birthday: Members who have completed their profile will receive birthday reward points at the beginning of their birthday month (points are distributed on the 1st of each month).

  • Promotional Campaigns / Coupons / Member Discounts: For orders that meet the requirements of specific campaigns, coupons, or member discounts, reward points will be issued at midnight (00:00) the day after the order is marked as “Archived.”

Reward Point Activation

  • Referral / Campaigns / Coupons / Member Discounts: Points earned from referrals, campaigns, or promotions will become “available” at 00:00 on the day after the order status changes to “Archived.” Members can check their order status under Member Center > Purchase History.

Reward Point Status

  • Points: The total accumulated and available reward points.

  • Available: Points that have been activated and are not expired. Click the “+” symbol to view details, including expiration dates for each transaction.

  • Used / Expired: Points that have already been redeemed or have expired and are no longer valid.


Additional Notes

 

  • Campaign Bonus Points: If a return is processed, bonus points from campaigns will be automatically canceled if the revised order no longer qualifies.

  • Order Refunds: When a refund is processed, the refunded amount will be converted into reward points of equal value, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Failed Orders: Points redeemed in failed or canceled orders will be automatically returned to the member’s account once the order status is updated.
